Surveillance Procedures
Players may bet on either "P" or "D" arrow but not on both in same spot.
"P" arrow is house rules blackjack. . Surrender is not offered in this game.
"P" players may split, double, double after split and are paid 3 to 2 on
blackjacks. Aces may only be split one time. All other cards split up to four
hands.
"D" players must hit their hand to hard 17 and higher. They may not split or
double down. Blackjacks will lose unless dealer also has blackjack for a
push. If dealer has blackjack and "D" does not, they are paid even money.
Insurance is offered to all players. Players may bet up to three spots and
bets increase under house rules. Players betting more than one spot may bet
different arrows.
Cards are dealt from dealer left to right in nonnal fashion. Pay and take
from dealer right to left in nonnal fashion. "P" arrow blackjacks are paid 3
to 2 and removed from the table if dealer does not have blackjack. "D"
arrow players with blackjack will lose their bet unless dealer also has
blackjack. When the dealer has blackjack every player with a blackjack
pushes and does not win or lose.
Busting "D" arrow player cards are pushed up and cheques are stacked on
the cards. These players win even money if dealer does not bust. "D" arrow
players lose if their cards have a higher total than the dealer. When dealer
has higher point total then the player, the player will win even money.
If there is a double bust the "D" players lose 1/2 of their bet. If the bet cannot
be split equally, the casino will take the larger share. All ties are a push and
do not win or lose. When the dealer begins to play their hand, there should
be no blackjacks remaining on the table. They were either paid for the "P"
or lost with the "D".
